Based off our classic Dollhouse design, the Maryville Bunk Bed has the style you love with the features you can’t live without.

Our highlighted feature on this bed is the built in side desk. This desk comes standard with a shallow pencil drawer underneath, though we can easily leave that off it you don’t want it. Just above the desk are two shelves great for displaying art or holding a lamp. We reworked the traditional bookshelf on one side by replacing the bottom half with drawers. Set behind this bookshelf is a cubby shelf accessable from the bottom bed.

To reach the upper bed deck, kids climb the traditional cubby hole ladder. We can easily replace this for you with either a lean-to ladder, or a staircase. Once inside the bed deck, kids will find a new storage space that isn’t there on the normal Dollhouse design. This is a window cubby set above the shelves and desk on the far side. The large window is great for visibility, both in and out, in addition to storing important items. This upper loft is only partially roofed, which allows for plenty of light to get in, but still makes kids feel cozy and tucked in.

The Maryville Bunk Bed is designed to hold a full mattress on the ground floor and a twin in the loft. It comes in two sizes, one for rooms with standard 8ft ceilings, the other for rooms with taller 9ft spaces. In addition to these sizing options we can also alter the bed in other ways to make sure it fits. We give the standard Maryville Bunk Bed a hand-painted design. This includes the antiquing, and faux shingled roof. You can also add hand-painted features like flower vines, animals, or cobblestones. We can also give the Maryville a base painted or unpainted design. Base painting generally comes with three colors–one for the roof, one for the walls, and one for the shutters. The trim is typically painted white. Ordering unpainted is a great way to make a family project out of your design.
