- We have many options available including staircases, slides, ladders, customized painting & personalization etc. You may not see a sample, but we can likely add it.
- You can choose from 100's of colors for your design. You may decide to order it unpainted if you'd like to do the painting yourself.
- We love what we do & want to demonstrate it to you.

- You make a 25% deposit on your order
- We take the balance and divide it by 3,4,5 or 6 months and run your card for that amount monthly

We use the several shipping companies depending on your location in the country and the service level you would like, FedEx Freight and XPO are our primary carriers. We are often asked if our clients can arrange their own shipping & we are happy to provide you with the information you will need to work with your carrier.
If you live in the Salt Lake City area, you are always welcome to pick up your designs at our factory.
Shipping costs vary throughout the country depending on the weight of your design and distance to your location. We ship from Salt Lake City, UT. Some of our designs have shipping information included with the pricing. If you’re interested in a design that pricing isn’t given, call or send an email with the style(s) you are interested in and your zip code.
We do ship to Canada and there are no Customs Duties because of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA). Each province in Canada does, however, set the tax rate for VAT etc.
Orders for plans are generally shipped within 2 business days.
Furniture orders are usually shipped in 6 – 12 weeks depending on the season. Please call us for our current lead time.
Orders for our standard (non-custom) designs require a 50% deposit. Refund, if any, will be at our discretion and will not exceed 90% of the deposit. If the order is in production, there are no refunds.
Because of the preparatory work involved on custom orders, there are no refunds.
Will it fit?
We are often asked about whether a design will fit in a room. If you’re not sure and would like our help confirming the fit, send us your sketch (see below). We do this at no charge if you are interested in ordering furniture. If you are ordering plans and would like us to do a room layout, we are happy to do it, but here is a $35 fee. Also consider that if your ceiling heights are taller or shorter than the standard 8', we can take advantage of the extra space or make adjustments for the decreased height.
Your Drawing To Us
Make a simple dimensioned hand drawing like the example above, including your ceiling height(s), doors, windows and closets etc. It does not need to be to scale.
Fax (801-261-2378) or upload your drawing on the contact us page along with your name, phone number, email address and the design(s) you are interested in. It is also good to indicate which wall you would like it illustrated on if you have a preference.
