The Madison II is a great alternative that gives the option of using part of the main floor as practical yard storage, bicycle storage or a tool shed. The inset view below shows the side entrance to the optional storage area on the main floor.

So it is $75 plus the assembly price but it come with all the parts needed

We can ship playhouses (outdoor) in the form of a kit that needs to be assembled and finished on site.
