The Sherwood kit is a downsized version of our very popular Cottage playhouse. It comes ready to assemble made out of commonly used construction materials and all the parts to build the shell structure. You will need to purchase separately the windows, door, trim and shingles. The dormer and the front window-seat come pre-assembled so all you do is slide them into the wall opening and screw them down. The four short walls also come pre-assembled.

The exterior appearance can be the cottage look or have more the victorian design.

Some popular modifications that can be done as you assemble the kit are: adult size door for the storage area, doggie door, sky light, bay window.

The kit can be installed on a concrete slab or build a wood deck 96″ x 84″ out of 2×4 or 2×6 construction.
